Coollaboratory

Coollaboratory is a young and innovative company based in Germany. The company’s philosophy centres on solving thermodynamic problems and developing products that limit or eliminate these problems. One of Coollaboratory’s core competences is the field of liquid metals and the development of new or revised cooling concepts.

Coollaboratory was founded in 2005 by Michael Metzke, Stefan Heyer and Alexander Herrmann, and Coollaboratory’s first product appeared in the second quarter of the same year: the world’s first liquid metal thermal compound under the name “Coollaboratory Liquid Pro”. This clearly beat the previously known reference pastes based on metal oxide and other non-metallic materials and showed the path that Coollaboratory has taken for the future. Coollaboratory’s development department conducts research at various levels and has set itself the goal of solving the sometimes serious problems in thermodynamics with new and innovative products.
